You will prepare SEC filings, support NYSE compliance, and advise cross-functional teams on disclosures, compensation disclosures, and governance practices. Ideal candidates have a JD, bar, 5+ years in corporate/securities law, and strong writing and collaboration skills across Finance, HR, and Investor Relations.
