You will start this exciting journey immediately at our existing Jamba Juice in Centennial, located off Parker Rd, where you will learn to effectively manage Jamba operations and be trained on Auntie Anne's as we gear up for the grand opening. Responsibilities General Ensure operational excellence during shifts. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness according to Jamba's standards. Exhibit exceptional leadership behaviors. Communicate all shift issues to the General Manager. Acknowledge and reward exceptional team performance. Educate the community and customers about Jamba's products and services. Other duties as assigned. Customer Service Provide excellent customer service at all times. Inspire and guide team members to achieve customer service excellence. Manage the customer engagement experience during your shifts. Offer product suggestions and information to customers. Assist team members in delivering product knowledge to customers. Maintain high customer service metrics. Operations Open and/or close the store as required, following all safety and security protocols. Coach and manage Team Members, leading them in executing Jamba standards and ensuring a great customer experience. Lead shifts while being the manager in charge. Delegate tasks and make staffing decisions as needed. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth shift operations. Adhere to all food safety, cash handling, and operational procedures. Coordinate off-site customer visits and deliveries. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, day shifts, holiday shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends.
