Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for SLP in Indiana
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or ready to begin your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• School-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educational teams and families
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
• Conduct screenings and participate in multidisciplinary evaluations
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to support student success
