Receptionist - The Palmettos of Charleston

The Palmettos of Charleston is seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing courteous assistance and performing key administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type at least 45 WPM accurately
• Professional, pleasant communication skills
• Strong command of standard English

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors professionally
• Answer and route phone calls; take and deliver messages
• Prepare basic correspondence and admission packets
• Process payments, meal tickets, and petty cash
• Handle filing, mail, and general office tasks
• Assist with employee forms and documentation
• Follow all company and center policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
