We are seeking a dependable and motivated field technician to join our growing team! This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn flood restoration skills in a supportive environment.

No experience required - Training provided.

Valid drivers license required.

Must be willing to work an on-call schedule, including nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

• On-site assessment and damage evaluation – Inspecting residential or commercial properties to determine the extent of water damage, identify affected materials, and create a restoration plan.

• Water extraction and drying – Operating pumps, wet-vacs, and submersible pumps to remove standing water, then setting up and monitoring air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers to dry the structure.

• Moisture mapping and diagnostics – Using moisture meters, thermo-hygrometers, and thermal imaging to measure and track moisture levels, adjusting drying strategies as needed.

• Containment and isolation – Installing plastic sheeting, seals, and other barriers to prevent cross-contamination and protect unaffected areas.

• Controlled demolition and debris removal – Removing non-salvageable materials such as carpet, padding, drywall, flooring, and insulation while minimizing collateral damage.

• Mold remediation – Containing mold growth, removing contaminated materials, and treating surfaces to prevent further mold spread.

• Cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing – Restoring and deodorizing affected areas and salvageable contents to make them safe for reoccupation.

• Sewage and raw water remediation – Following OSHA and biohazard protocols to safely handle and dispose of contaminated water and materials.

• Documentation – Taking detailed notes, photos, and measurements to support insurance claims and project records.

• Safety compliance – Adhering to PPE use, safety standards, and IICRC guidelines to protect yourself and others.

Work environment:

Flood restoration technicians often work on emergency calls, sometimes outside regular hours, in wet, damp, or hazardous conditions, requiring physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
