Deliver exceptional, full-spectrum OB/GYN care across a balanced inpatient and outpatient setting, ensuring innovative and compassionate outcomes for a rapidly growing patient population. Champion the landmark launch of the brand-new, $320M Ascension Seton Women’s Hospital, helping shape the culture and clinical excellence of Austin’s premier destination for maternal care. Collaborate with an elite, multidisciplinary team—including a robust group of 6 peer physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff—to foster a highly supportive and efficient care environment. Utilize cutting-edge surgical suites and technology, including the DaVinci Robotics system with dedicated block time, to perform advanced, minimally invasive procedures that optimize patient recovery. Manage a predictable call structure consisting of five 24-hour shifts, ensuring the highest standards of safety for the community while supporting team balance.
