Regional Sales Associate

Essential Functions

50% Assist regional sales teams increase premium and sales in assigned territory that is consistent with product and strategic goals, which includes:

• Prospecting, recruiting, developing, and strengthening relationships with distributors; and
• Making weekly appointments with current or potential sources of distribution.

50% Effectively assists in the management of the assigned territories, which includes:

• Working collaboratively with regional sales managers, regional wholesalers, and distributors to develop territory to meet sales goals; and
• Utilizing Hub Spot CRM and measurables for basic territory management and contact management reporting.

Training And Development

Associate will follow a structured training process, which includes:

• Industry knowledge
• Life and Health License; CLU, LUTCF
• Assurity Products
• Brokerage and Worksite Distribution
• Personal Productivity
• Home Office Operations

After Initial training this position may transition to a Regional Wholesaler position. Associate Is responsible for building and managing a territory.

Education And Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field or relevant experience.

Physical And Work Schedule Requirements

• May require work more than 40 hours a week in order to complete functions of position.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function to this position.
• Hybrid position based in Lincoln, NE. Requires three days per week onsite and provides a hybrid schedule with two remote workdays.
