Physician (Hospitalist) - Los Angeles, CA

Job Types: Full-Time

Shifts: Mon - Fri (Days)

Job Description:

As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be conducting physical examinations, diagnosing acute illnesses, treating both acute and chronic conditions, working alongside mid-level providers, providing oversight to mid-level providers, interpreting lab tests, and overseeing patients' health.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform medical procedures as necessary

• Prescribe medications and treatments

• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations

• Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals

• Maintain patient medical records

Qualification/Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and valid license to practice medicine

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required

• Experience in primary care or related field is preferred

• 1-2 Years of experience is required

• New Graduates are also accepted

Licenses/Certifications:

• Current active unrestricted license to practice medicine in State of CA

• Active DEA License
