Allstate - Kerstetter Insurance LLC, a well established agency in Lafayette, Louisiana is growing and adding to our team of tenured staff. We are seeking a full-time, career-minded individual, to work with both existing and prospective clients to identify coverage opportunities, provide tailored insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships by helping people protect what matters most.. If you are someone who is passionate about insurance, enjoys learning, thrives in a team environment, and most importantly likes helping others, Allstate- Kerstetter Insurance would be a great opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business
- Develop and maintain centers of influence
- Provide excellent customer service
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Process customer policy change requests.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 - 2 year of insurance or related work experience is required.
- Experience selling P&C products and services is required.
- P&C License is required
- Personable, friendly, and energetic with a clear speaking voice.
- Proven track record of success, accountability, and reliability
