Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages. • Contact new leads and confirm appointments. • Constant communication and updating the sales team. • Follow up with customers regarding estimates and services. • Process payments and issue receipts. • Maintain accurate records of customers' interactions. • Enter and update customer information in the company database. • Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer service. Qualifications: • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation: $17 - $20 yearly
