Job Details Job Location: Clarksville, TN 37040 In this role, you will have the responsibility of washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and utensils, as well as the opportunity to support the food prep staff. This job description serves as an overview of the responsibilities associated with this role, with the understanding that these duties may evolve over time. Additionally, you may be entrusted with additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned Maintain proper amounts of detergents and other cleaning supplies, and notify the supervisor of any mechanical defects with the dishwashing machine Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher Physical Requirements Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
