Embedded Desktop Support Tech / Systems Analyst

Embedded Tech / Systems AnalystOur MSP client looking for an Embedded Tech/Systems Analyst to provide onsite IT support for a healthcare client in Stratford, CT. This person will support approximately 125 users and will be the primary onsite technical resource. The role includes both face-to-face/deskside support and ticket-based troubleshooting, with occasional travel to nearby client locations.Requirements:1+ year of desktop/deskside IT support experience, including both in-person support and ticket resolutionHealthcare IT/support experienceStrong communication and customer service skills, including supporting executives/C-suite usersComfortable being the primary/only IT technician onsiteStrong ticketing system experienceHands-on Active Directory experience, including user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, password resets, security groups, permissions and disabling accountsHands-on Azure/Entra ID experience, including user/account administration, permissions and security groupsMicrosoft 365 experience, including user administration, distribution lists, shared mailboxes and the M365 Admin CenterBasic networking/troubleshooting knowledge, including connectivity, DNS/IP and troubleshooting access to network resourcesExperience supporting/deploying phone systemsExperience working within an enterprise/domain environmentReliable vehicle and valid driver's license; comfortable traveling to nearby client locations when neededPlus:MSP/managed services experienceMicrosoft certificationsAdditional networking or Microsoft administration certificationsDay to Day:You'll receive both walk-up requests and escalated tickets from the Level 1 support team. You'll troubleshoot issues directly with users, determine the appropriate solution or escalation path, and provide hands-on support across Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoints, networking and other onsite technology.
