Base salary - $35,000 per year

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor for our policyholders, understanding their unique needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client requirements.
Identify opportunities to expand client coverage and offer additional relevant products.
Nurture and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide the best service.

Requirements

Active Georgia Property & Casualty License (Required) or Life & Health License (a plus)
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A strong, customer-focused mindset.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proficiency with CRM software and modern communication tools.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
