Base salary - $35,000 per year

Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor for our policyholders, understanding their unique needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
- Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client requirements.
- Identify opportunities to expand client coverage and offer additional relevant products.
- Nurture and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide the best service.
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty License (Required) or Life & Health License (a plus)
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency with CRM software and modern communication tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
