Hello, I’m Derrick. I just moved into a house in Sugar Land and I work as a pediatric nurse, so I’m barely home. I’m heading out toward the end of this month and I don’t want the place sitting empty. It’s a pretty easy sit. No pets, no deep cleaning, no yard work. I just need someone to bring the mail in, put the trash and recycling out on pickup days, water the plants, lock up, and keep it looking like somebody’s actually living here. You’ll have the house to yourself.. kitchen, a decent bed, quiet neighborhood, fenced backyard. I just moved in so it’s not styled-out or anything, but it’s comfortable and the main rooms are ready. $40 a day plus you stay for free. happy to do a background check for peace of mind on both sides and I won’t send the address until after that.
