Registered Nurse - Crisis

Job Number: 26-11862 Job Summary: The RN provides general health care, training, and education to clients in a clinical environment. The role requires professional, empathetic communication and promotes trauma‑informed, suicide‑safer care and a supportive environment that encourages racial and health equity. The RN collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and is supervised by the program manager or practice manager and an RN supervisor. Moderate initiative and independent judgment are exercised. Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement. Other duties may be assigned and a flexible schedule may be required. Education (Required): Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Licenses (Required): Current and valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Licensed as an RN in the state of Texas. Experience (Preferred): 1–2 years providing direct patient care. Hours: Full‑time. Work hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Workdays: Rotating. Salary: $45.59 – $58.12 per hour, depending on years of licensure, plus a 10% crisis stipend. Shift Differentials (Optional): Second Shift: $3.25 per hour. Third Shift: $7.25 per hour.
