Registered Nurse

This position involves providing care to patients in a behavioral health setting. You will be responsible for monitoring patient health and administering medications. The average daily census ranges from 3 to 5 patients, ensuring a focused environment. Competencies in de-escalation techniques and patient interviews are required. Familiarity with psychiatric medications is essential. You will work alongside a team to support patients with various mental health diagnoses. Common diagnoses include depression, suicidality, schizophrenia, and drug-induced psychosis. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Basic wound care knowledge is preferred.
