Outside Commercial Sales Representative

Reliable Power Systems, voted Best Company to Work For 2024, is looking for a motivated and high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive residential generator sales across the Fort Myers region.

Commission based: Complete all, then current, required deliverables to collect commissions for the sale. Commission is paid out in the payroll week following the sales being confirmed and all deliverables submitted.

What You'll Do:

• Prospecting and Cold Calling: Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, phone blocks, and setting appointments to present Reliable Power Systems products and services.
• Documentation: Will maintain activity completed in Salesforce, utilize Servite Titan, and utilize Zoom Info to generate new leads.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to potential clients, showcasing how Reliable Power Systems can exceed their expectations. All appointments will be completed using Rilla.
• Negotiating and Closing: Negotiate contracts, resolve change orders associated with the project, close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Schedule: The sales representative will share their daily schedule with the Sales Manager.
• Tools: The sales representative will be provided with a branded company vehicle and gas card to be used for business purposes only. They will also receive a tablet and a cell phone.

You're a Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (home services or construction sales a plus)
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own schedule
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
