Clinical Audiologist

The Center is well-established and trusted, offering a stable setting for long-term career growth. Role Description This full-time, on-site Clinical Audiologist role is based in Bethlehem, PA. The Clinical Audiologist will perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations, including diagnostic testing, interpretation of results, and communication of findings to patients and families. Daily responsibilities include fitting and dispensing hearing aids, programming and verifying devices, providing follow-up care, and counseling patients on hearing health and communication strategies. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards. The Audiologist will contribute to patient education, community outreach, and practice growth as needed. Qualifications Strong foundational skills in Audiology and experience performing comprehensive hearing assessments. Demonstrated ability in Hearing Aid Dispensing, including selection, fitting, programming, verification, and follow-up care. Experience with Aural Rehabilitation, including counseling, communication strategies, and rehabilitative interventions. Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or equivalent degree in Audiology from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an Audiologist in Pennsylvania. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team, with strong organizational and documentation skills. Comfort with audiology practice management systems, hearing aid software, and related clinical technology. Prior clinical experience in a private practice or medical setting is preferred but not required for highly qualified new graduates.
