SYNERGY HomeCare provides personalized, supportive home care to seniors, Veterans, and people of all ages with disabilities so they can continue living safely at home. Our office serves clients in the Walworth County area which includes Elkhorn, Delavan, Darien, Williams Bay, Walworth, Fontana, Lake Geneva as well as East Troy and Burlington.
As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare, your duties would include:
- Provide personalized, one-on-one care based on your availability, suitability and skills
- Assist with personal care needs, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship.
- Establish a professional relationship with clients, their families, and other staff.
