This is a commission-based opportunity , with earnings tied directly to individual activity, production, and results.

Compensation:

$115,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads to build a robust client base in the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta area.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to enhance client engagement and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with seasoned agents to learn and implement proven systems for closing deals effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Manage your schedule flexibly, balancing work commitments with personal life while achieving your business goals.
• Contribute to a supportive team culture, sharing insights and strategies to help everyone succeed together.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain client relationships.
