This role is ideal for an experienced underwriting leader who is passionate about people development, customer experience, and business growth—especially within digital and modern underwriting environments.**About the role**As Manager of Life Underwriting, you will lead and develop a team of underwriters supporting core life insurance products, including Symetra’s award‐winning **Swift Digital** application process. This program includes both virtual and in-person training.
