This role helps ensure that customer orders are accurately bagged, staged, and prepared on schedule, while supporting smooth coordination among fulfillment teams, drivers, customer service, and operational partners.The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments where priorities can shift quickly.Fitlife Foods operates on accountability, teamwork, urgency, and continuous improvement. This role helps ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, operational processes stay organized, and customers receive the quality experience they expect.The Home Delivery Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of home delivery fulfillment activities, including order staging, bagging accuracy, route preparation, and operational communication. This role works closely with fulfillment team members, drivers, customer service, and operational leaders to help maintain smooth execution throughout the delivery process.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Support the daily execution of home delivery fulfillment operationsAssist with coordinating order bagging, staging, and distribution activitiesHelp ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on scheduleMonitor workflow and communicate operational concerns to leadershipProvide hands-on operational support during peak production periodsSupport onboarding and training efforts for fulfillment team membersReinforce operational procedures, organization, and accountability standardsHelp maintain high standards of order accuracy and customer experiencePartner with Customer Service teams to help resolve delivery-related concernsEscalate recurring operational or customer issues to leadership appropriatelySupport a customer-first culture throughout the fulfillment operationAssist with route preparation and delivery coordination activitiesUtilize systems such as ShipStation, FedEx, Parsley, and related platforms to support operational executionVerify order readiness before route departuresSupport communication with delivery drivers and external delivery partners as needed.Help coordinate operational adjustments when issues ariseAssist with maintaining transportation-related records and documentationSupport reporting related to driver activity, incidents, and operational trackingCoordinate communication with Accounting and HR regarding operational documentation as neededHelp monitor operational supply and staging needsSupport compliance with food safety, sanitation, handling, and temperature-control proceduresMaintain clean, organized, and safe fulfillment and staging areasReinforce adherence to company operational standards and expectationsIdentify opportunities to improve organization and workflow efficiencySupport operational reporting and issue trackingAssist leadership with process improvement initiatives and operational follow-upMaintain flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-moving environmentQualifications:1+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, food production, retail operations, or delivery environments preferredPrior experience in a lead, coordinator, or high-volume operational support role preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working cross-functionally with operational teamsExperience with operational systems, fulfillment software, or delivery platforms preferredFood production, meal delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferredPhysical & Work Environment Requirements:Ability to stand and move throughout production and fulfillment areas for extended periodsAbility to lift to 50 pounds periodicallyAbility to work in refrigerated and warehouse-style environmentsFast-paced operational environment with changing priorities and tight timelinesAbility to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, weekends, and periodic Sundays, based on operational demandsKey Success Metrics:Home delivery order accuracyOn-time order staging and route readinessOperational organization and workflow consistencyTeam support and communication effectivenessCompliance with food safety and operational procedures
