Fall Leasing & Marketing Intern

Overview Visual Property Management delivers institutional-grade real estate operations using modern technology designed to streamline and elevate property management workflows. The company focuses on driving operational excellence by maximizing net operating income (NOI), enhancing resident experience, and optimizing daily property operations through tech-enabled solutions that make managing portfolios simpler, more transparent, and more efficient. Responsibilities As a new member of the Leasing Team, you’ll assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting leads operations. You'll gain practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making. The intern should be prepared to work in a fast paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in leasing matters. Collaborate with cross functional teams including Marketing, Operations and Asset Management. Help coordinate property tours, tenant inquiries. Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Computer proficiency in (MS: Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Word). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn. Currently pursuing a 4 year degree with a field of study in Business, Real Estate or any related fields. Compensation & Benefits $8/hr and $100 per lease!
