CornerStone Staffing is hiring a Fleet Dispatcher/Scheduler to coordinate daily routes, schedules, and field assignments for a busy field operation. You’ll keep field teams moving, adjust schedules when priorities change, and serve as a key point of communication throughout the day.

REQUIRED : Previous hands-on vehicle fleet routing AND dispatch experience. This is a critical requirement for the position.

LOCATION : Fort Worth, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $18.00/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8AM - 5PM

ROLE IMPACT
Your ability to organize routes, manage changing schedules, and communicate quickly with field personnel will directly impact daily operations. Success in this role means keeping schedules accurate, responding quickly to changes, and helping field teams stay productive and on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily vehicle fleet routing, dispatch, scheduling, and field assignments, making adjustments as priorities change
• Create daily inspection schedules and communicate assignments, updates, and scheduling information to field inspectors
• Process scheduling requests by phone, email, and client portals; review required documentation and follow up on missing information
• Maintain accurate electronic records and monitor purchase orders, invoices, scheduling correspondence, and client/vendor portals
• Communicate with clients and field employees to resolve scheduling issues and support the smooth flow of daily field operations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• REQUIRED : Hands-on vehicle fleet routing AND dispatch experience
• High school diploma or GED with strong administrative, scheduling, computer, and customer communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedules, manage changing priorities, maintain accurate records, and type a minimum of 65 WPM

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Scheduling and inspection tracking systems
• Client/vendor management portals
• Purchase order and invoice tracking
• Electronic document and records management

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience supporting field service, transportation, logistics, inspection, or another mobile workforce environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to reroute or reschedule field assignments as priorities change
• Experience handling purchase orders, invoices, confidential information, and customer communications
