Family Nurse Practitioner (Float) Location: Marlboro, NJ Duration: 05 Months Pay rate: $68.00–$73.00 on W2 Job Description Responsibilities: Patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and chronic condition management, as well as routine exams and lifestyle coaching. Collaborate with a clinical care team to improve patient outcomes. Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes. Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Float between 15 different locations based on needs.
