Automotive Service Consultant

Raymond Auto Group has a rare and immediate opening for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing service department. Owned by the same family who have operated in Antioch for decades, Raymond always strives to stay ahead of the competition and differentiate themselves from other dealerships by taking a different approach- customer satisfaction is the priority in everything we do!

Our service advisors:

* Greet our customers promptly and courteously
* Obtain current and accurate customer and vehicle information at every visit
* LISTEN to our customer's concerns and clearly communicate them to our technicians
* Determine and recommend needed repairs and maintenance based on age, mileage, history of vehicle and current condition
* Prepare complete and accurate estimates of repair cost to our customers
* Establish good follow up both internally and externally
* Monitor the progress of maintenance and repairs and update our customers frequently
* Prepare accurate final invoices and perform an active delivery to our customers upon vehicle pick-up
* Spanish speaking not required but highly sought

Requirements:

* Applicants are subject to pre-employment screenings including Motor Vehicle Record, background check and drug screening
* Positive attitude and the desire to grow professionally
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a service advisor role
* Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
* Focus on CSI and customer retention
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
