Takes on a leadership role in organizing and conducting performance improvement efforts based on program performance and process improvement principles, methods, and tools;

Conducts studies based on data analysis and advanced analytics to optimize quality, safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in automated health care systems.

Develops statistical, graphical, and narrative reports and communicates findings from these studies to IVC Executive Leadership, IEN, management, and other stakeholders;

Provides consultative support to management, identifying effective process measures and monitors for quality- and performance-improvement opportunities based on a variety of studies, audits, and data analysis;

Conducts comprehensive research of alternative approaches to improve quality, effectiveness, and efficiency metrics, and uses that research to improve program operations.

Provides guidance, advice, and consultation within Network Adequacy program and collaborates with IVC, IEN internal customers on systems redesign, program strategic direction and general planning

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Telework: This position may be authorized for ad hoc telework. Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process. Ad hoc is defined as occasional, non-recurring telework. Virtual: This position may be authorized for Virtual Work. Virtual Work eligibility is for current VA employees that are already subject to the return to the in-person work mandate in their current position. Definition of Virtual Work: Employee works outside of original hiring duty station at a VA-owned or leased space. Return to Office (RTO): RTO mandates are in effect and selectees will be required to report to in-person work unless they are approved for an exception or an exemption. Any approval for an RTO exception, exemption, or extension will happen after a tentative job offer, but before a final job offer.
