Leave and Benefits Specialist - Position #K0238309. This unclassified, full-time position is located in the Human Resources Section at the Office of the Secretary, Topeka, KS or Pratt Operations Office, Pratt, Kansas, and is directly supervised by the Human Resources Director. Key Responsibilities FMLA Administration, responsible for communicating with employees and management on a regular basis regarding FMLA claims Ensure all FMLA documentation is sent out in a timely manner, log and account for FMLA hours used and still available Maintain a current and working knowledge of all FMLA laws, rules and regulations Administer all Leave programs for KDWP, including Paid Parental Leave, Workers' Compensation, This position is responsible for communicating with staff members, supervisors and other entities regarding leave, providing and collecting correct documentation in a timely manner Agency wide subject matter expert regarding all State Health Benefits Programs This position w... #J-18808-Ljbffr
