Houseman

As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities: • Support hotel operations as needed to maintain high service standards. • Ensure guest areas remain tidy by promptly removing trash and ground litter. • Assist housekeeping and maintenance teams with cleaning and organizational tasks. • Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest spaces, and hotel grounds. • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a secure environment. Qualifications: • Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals. • Strong customer service and teamwork skills. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. • No prior experience required; training provided. Compensation: $14+ hourly depending on experience
