For this role:

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all warehouse activities in the Medical Guardian fulfillment center. This person will ensure efficient processes, maximize warehouse performance and foster a culture of trust, growth and accountability within the team. The fulfillment team sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, e-commerce and IT and works collaboratively with other associates in the warehouse to deliver a world class customer experience. As the leader of the fulfillment team, you are passionate about results, providing our customers with a great delivery experience, delivering feedback and challenging the status quo. You are dependable, have excellent organization and time management skills and are an effective leader.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to warehouse team
• Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse performance
• Maintain a clean facility, including working and storage areas
• Track and coordinate receipt, storage and delivery of goods and materials
• Check orders, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy
• Perform quality checks daily on all internal departments
• Ensure proper safety procedures are being followed when operating machinery
• Communicate and escalate problems to minimize warehouse impact and ensure timely resolution
