Role Description The Information Technology Help Desk role is a full-time, on-site position based in Waipahu, HI. This role is responsible for providing first-level technical support to dealership staff, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Daily tasks include responding to support tickets, assisting users with login and application problems, maintaining workstation and peripheral setups, and escalating complex issues to senior IT personnel when needed. The Help Desk professional will also assist with basic network monitoring, user account administration, and adherence to security protocols and company IT standards. The role requires consistent, service-oriented communication with team members across multiple locations and clear documentation of support activities. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Information Technology fundamentals and proven troubleshooting skills. Candidates should possess Network Administration and Network Security skills to support and safeguard dealership systems. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users. Relevant experience with Windows operating systems, office productivity tools, and basic hardware maintenance is beneficial. Associate degree or equivalent training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Waipahu, HI, manage multiple requests, and prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment.
