Job Summary The Super Pool RN supports the mission of the Medical Center of Aurora, which aims to optimize the quality of life for all served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to meet the whole person needs. As a Registered Nurse at HCA HealthONE Aurora, you will receive staffing support, technology, and resources to deliver safe, high‑quality care. Responsibilities Delivery of nursing care to patients requiring telemetry and/or medical‑surgical care. Serve as the primary nurse and/or care coordinator, leading collaboration of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care. Oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor when needed. Adhere to core values in interactions with co‑workers, patients, families, and the community, ensuring the highest quality patient care services. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Healthcare provider BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado, or a multistate license. Associate Degree; BSN desirable. Two or more years of RN experience in an acute setting, with critical care experience desirable. No travel required (Super Pool/Facility Float at HCA HealthONE Aurora campus).
