We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate for a nutraceutical company in Spanish Fork. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and properly storing incoming raw materials, packaging components, and other supplies.

Receiving Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Receive incoming raw materials, packaging components, and other supplies.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage, discrepancies, or defects.
• Enter receiving and inventory information into the inventory management system accurately and promptly.
• Ensure received materials are properly labeled and stored in designated warehouse or storage areas.
• Generate and maintain accurate receiving records, including packing lists, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and other relevant documentation.

Receiving Associate Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or a similar role; preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous Forklift certification strongly preferred.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
