Sales Analyst

LHH is seeking a forward-thinking Sales Analyst to join our client's team in the CPG space. This candidate will support the team with reporting, analysis, and data-driven insights, collaborating cross-functionally with all departments. This role is on a hybrid basis in Manhattan, NY. Key Responsibilities Analyze sales data, trends, pricing, and performance across products, customers, and channels Build and maintain complex Excel models, reports, dashboards Support weekly and monthly sales reporting and forecasting, including volume, revenue, and variance analysis Clean, validate, and reconcile large data sets from multiple sources Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentations for senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a Sales Analyst or similar analytical role Prior experience in the CPG industry Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, v/x‑lookups, data manipulation, etc.) Experience working with large data sets in a high‑volume environment Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally Compensation: $70 - $75K, depending on experience.
