Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time days position at a skilled nursing facility in Greenbrae, CA. The clinician will provide evaluations, plan of care development, and skilled treatment to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California state license to practice Physical Therapy prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads and document in electronic medical records.
• Willingness to work Days shift: 0830-1630, 5x8 schedule.
• Eligibility for and willingness to accept the client’s sign-on incentive and compensation structure.
