Physical Therapist/ PTA

Location: Hot Springs Village, AR

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flexible 8-Hour Schedule | No Weekends

Compensation: $85,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

Total Compensation Potential: $100,000+

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist / PTA to join a growing private outpatient orthopedic practice in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.

Patient Population

Treat a diverse outpatient caseload including:

• General Orthopedics

• Post-Operative Rehabilitation

• Sports Medicine

• Medicare & Geriatric Patients

• Vestibular Rehabilitation

• Balance & Fall Prevention

• Pelvic Health

• Parkinson's Disease

• Chronic Pain Management

Training is available for Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Pelvic Health.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations

• Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Physical Therapy degree / PTAs are considered

• Current Arkansas Physical Therapist/PTA license or license eligible

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for outpatient orthopedic care

Preferred

• Outpatient orthopedic experience

• Dry Needling experience (training available)

• Vestibular Rehabilitation experience (training available)

• Pelvic Health experience (not required)

• Leadership interest and long-term career goals
