Cloud Data AI ArchitectLocation: RemoteLead the design and implementation of Client Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, and related technologies to create scalable, secure, and extensible platforms. Own complex, cross-domain technical initiatives spanning Client, backend services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure. Drive architecture decisions and engineering best practices to ensure operational excellence, performance, and resilience. Collaborate closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Mentor and influence engineering teams through design reviews, pair programming, and architectural guidance. Innovate by integrating emerging AI-powered development tools and automation into the software lifecycle. Ensure platform security, compliance, and observability through thoughtful design and implementation.What you bringBachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing a strong foundation in software engineering principles. 12 years of hands-on Client development experience with a proven track record of designing and operating large-scale, production-grade systems. Advanced expertise in Client Service Platform technologies including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agent force, Omni-Channel, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omni Studio, and Client Shield. Deep understanding of Client integration patterns using REST, Bulk APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and middleware. Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS), RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices. Demonstrated ability to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications with a focus on operational excellence. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado or Harness integrated with Client. Practical knowledge of observability, application security, compliance, and performance optimization.
