Physician Office Coordinator - BayCare Kids Mobile Medical Clinic Responsibilities - Physician Office Coordinator: Responsible for management and leadership of the healthcare and administrative team members in the physician's office, coordinates staffing, supervises and trains office team members, oversees billing and coding processes, directs smooth patient and workflow, submits timekeeping information, directs ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
