Hargrove Roofing & Construction We’re hiring a New Construction Sales Rep to help grow our relationships with builders and contractors. This role focuses on closing new-construction roofing jobs and managing projects from start to finish. If you’re competitive, self-driven, and want uncapped earning potential, this is a great fit. What you'll do: Build relationships with builders, GCs, and developers Generate new business through prospecting and networking Estimate and present roofing proposals Manage jobs from sale through completion Stay on top of timelines, communication, and follow-ups What we are looking for: Sales experience in New Construction Roofing Sales Network of builders and contractors Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and money-driven Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Pay and Benefits: Base salary + commission Typical earnings: $80K–$150K+ Uncapped commission structure Training and ongoing support Growth opportunities as we expand Why Hargrove?
