Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patient needs and devise personalized therapy plans to assist them in reaching their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers in therapy methods that encourage ongoing improvement outside of sessions.
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatment as necessary to keep patients on their trajectory toward recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Credentials

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
