You will: - Work in a state-of-the-art facility known for its excellent pediatric care. - Join a supportive and friendly atmosphere with ample opportunities for professional growth. - Collaborate with a dedicated team that includes 120 skilled staff members in a 51-bed NICU. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns. - Maintain patient safety and comfort through attentive monitoring and care. - Utilize your expertise in advanced NICU practices. Ideal Candidate: - Required Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience. - NRP certification is mandatory. - Preferred Skills: - Strong attention to detail and organized mindset. - Personality Fit: - Team player with a compassionate approach to patient care. Floating Responsibilities: You may occasionally float to Peds, PICU, or Mother Baby units (babies only). Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs.
