Be a part of the team that manages Med/Surg and IMC patients!Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus for Experienced Qualified Candidates.Hours/Shift:FT - Nights 7a-7pJob Description:The Registered Nursing (RN) works collaboratively with the ED team caring for patients admitted to a med/surg level of care awaiting a room. This RN is part of the Resource Pool and qualifies for an extra Resource Pool Differential.Department/Position Overview:This is a 41-bed Level III Trauma ED with 6 beds dedicated to a lock down psychiatric screening and treatment area. We are a stroke certified ED and receive STEMI and psychiatric patients. The ED treats about 150 patients per day with a dedicated radiology suite in the ED for plain film and CT imaging.Education:ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.Certification:Virginia or compact multistate RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing.BLSExperience:RN Experienced in a hospital setting.Min of 18mos RN Experience in a Medical Surgical or Intermediate Care Unit.Keywords: Registered Nurse, RN, Resource Pool, ED Holding, Level III Trauma, Medical surgical, step down, IMCUWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
