CJC Benefits LLC - Healthcare has changed dramatically. Job Overview We are seeking 10 new part‑time to full‑time Health Benefits Representatives to sell health benefits to small businesses and individuals. Responsibilities Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective small‑business and individual clients. Explain and present health benefit solutions tailored to the clients’ needs. Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads. Commit to at least 10–15 hours of work per week. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old and a U.S. resident. No insurance license required. Experience in insurance, sales, customer service, health‑care services, mortgage brokering, nursing, or teaching is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and follow‑up skills. Strong computer skills; computer with Internet connection required. Computer savvy, well spoken, and enjoys talking to consumers over the telephone. Benefits & Compensation Bonus structure and residual income. Lucrative commissions on each sale. Great benefits package. Work part‑time or full‑time from a home office. All necessary training provided. Car program available.
