Community Support Specialist/Direct Support Person- PT Breese CILA

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
Passionately provide care and support to individuals in their home. Our CILA homes have 4-6 residents and a DSP supports and assists each resident in their daily activities while recognizing their individual routines and preferences. The individuals who reside at the CILAs are provided daily supports from a team of dedicated Direct Support Professionals. This may include personal care, cooking and assistance with meals, personal hygiene and grooming, cleaning inside the home, supporting each care plan and daily documentation. FT evening shift; mainly 3 pm-11 pm, some Saturdays may be a 11 am-7 pm shift. Starting base pay $19.05‑21.05 per hour. Additional $1.00 increase to base pay after completing medication pass certification. Check out our benefit and perks listing: Qualifications Must be 21 years or older. Valid driver’s license with less than 3 driving offenses. High School diploma or GED required; proof must be provided. Criminal background check and physical required to meet position requirements, including DCFS/CANTS check for abuse/neglect with children.
