Position Summary Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback. Leads company change efforts, sets clear expectations, implements business solutions, and communicates objectives. Models customer service, manages initiatives, resolves complaints, develops action plans, and drives process improvement. Responsibilities Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses, monitoring merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. Supervise and develop hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, set clear expectations, recognize, and promote a belonging mindset. Coordinate job‑related activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, support plans and initiatives, and build accountability. Ensure compliance with company policies and values, support the Open Door Policy, and promote integrity and ethical behavior. Respect and build inclusive teams, embrace diversity, and create a culture of belonging. Attract, retain, and develop talent and recognize contributions. Serve customers and members: deliver results, adapt to customer shopping behaviors, apply EDLP and EDLC models, and make data‑driven decisions. Strive for excellence: learn continuously, adopt new technologies, and encourage learning from mistakes. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience + 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience + 1 year supervisory experience. For firearms‑related positions: successful completion of a Criminal Background Check and firearms training (or appropriate state certificate). Attend and complete all required trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports with responsibilities including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00. Performance bonuses (annual or quarterly). Additional compensation: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Complex Structure, State Pay Differential.
