The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on development expertise, technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to work closely with clients and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end MuleSoft design, development, implementation, and support activities.Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine integration requirements.Translate business requirements into technical designs, APIs, and integration solutions.Design and develop MuleSoft integrations using Mule 4 and API-led connectivity principles.Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based services and APIs.Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, and development best practices.Guide development teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.Work closely with Architects, QA, DevOps, and application teams to manage technical dependencies and deliver solutions successfully.Drive defect resolution, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.Ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to enterprise development standards.Required Skills7-10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in integration development.Extensive hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4.Strong proficiency in DataWeave 2.0 transformations.Experience designing and developing RESTful and SOAP APIs and services.Strong knowledge of RAML/OpenAPI Specifications.Hands-on experience implementing API-Led Connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs).Experience with API design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support capabilities.Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams.Excellent client-facing communication, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership abilities.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Preferred SkillsMuleSoft Certified Developer or other MuleSoft certifications.Experience leading small-to-medium-sized development teams.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based deployments.Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API governance.Nice to HaveExperience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise application integrations.Experience with performance tuning and scalability optimization.Primary Skills MuleSoft, Mule 4, DataWeave 2.0, API Development, REST/SOAP ServicesEducation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $89,400 to $166,398 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
