Associate Director, HR Business Partner

Position Overview Associate Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Sarepta leads and delivers people strategies that enable functional and enterprise business objectives. This senior HR leader partners closely with senior leaders and the Extended Leadership Team, anticipating organizational and talent needs, diagnosing risks, and designing scalable solutions that advance Sarepta’s mission. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic workforce, organizational, and talent plans with senior functional leaders. Lead and sponsor enterprise-wide talent and culture initiatives that support business strategy and mission. Act as a senior internal consultant to leaders and managers, providing guidance on organizational design, change management, leadership effectiveness, and employee relations. Coach senior leaders and people managers to drive high performance, accountability, and an inclusive, engaging culture. Collaborate with HR function to design and deliver integrated solutions in performance management, leadership development, career development, and employee engagement. Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to forecast workforce needs and support hiring decisions, ensuring effective onboarding and integration. Lead complex and sensitive employee relations matters and investigations, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with company practices and employment laws. Steward Sarepta people programs (e.g., Own Your Career Journey, Year of the Manager) to ensure adoption and sustained impact. Provide expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and legal considerations; partner with Legal to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. Contribute to the HRBP community by sharing best practices, mentoring, and strengthening enterprise HR capability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated leadership in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives. Strong business and financial acumen; ability to translate business strategy into people solutions. Proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage complexity, and drive results through partnership rather than authority. Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and judgment; strong communication and executive presence. Experience operating with autonomy, leading enterprise initiatives, and navigating ambiguity. Preferred experience in a lean, growth‑oriented environment. Position Details Location: Hybrid – expected to work on site at a Sarepta facility in the U.S. or attend company‑sponsored in‑person events from time to time. Salary Range: $160,800 – $201,000 per year.
