Senior Software Engineer, Platform

At Yogi, we help some of the most recognizable brands in the world create better products and user experiences by providing deep insight into customer feedback via Yogi's Voice of Customer AI Analyst.

Our customers span industries such as consumer electronics (Microsoft), food and beverage (Nestlé), personal care (Colgate), pet care (Purina), and more. Each one leverages the unique competitive intelligence surfaced by Yogi to make high-impact decisions that drive real business results.

We aggregate and analyze millions of consumer feedback records from product reviews, social conversations, consumer care data, and more, powered by Generative AI and agentic workflows. Yogi automatically interprets the content of consumer posts at scale, uncovering nuanced patterns and themes previously hidden in consumer feedback. These insights help brands identify emerging trends, fine-tune product strategies, and optimize performance across retail channels.

Our intuitive AI-native platform transforms this intelligence into actionable dashboards for product researchers, insights teams, and marketing leaders, making the voice of the customer more accessible and powerful than ever before.
