Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our team on 3rd shift. In this role, you will ensure products meet company and customer quality standards by performing inspections, tests, and documentation throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect finished products and in-process materials for defects or deviations from specifications
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using basic measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.)
Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records
Identify and report quality issues to supervisors or quality engineers
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions when defects are found
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or work instructions
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs (if applicable)
Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including possible overtime

Preferred Skills

Experience with quality control processes or ISO standards
Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

Work Environment

Manufacturing or warehouse setting
Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures depending on facility
