Flatbed Dispatcher at RGM TransportWe're a family-owned trucking company in Bethel, PA, specializing in flatbed, stepdeck, and RGN heavy haul across 48 states and Canada. Looking for a dispatcher to join our flatbed team.Key Duties:Plan and assign loads to drivers efficiently.Communicate with drivers and customers.Solve problems and handle issues on the fly.Update customers on any delays.Keep drivers accountable for paperwork like bills of lading.Deliver top-notch customer service.What We're Looking For:3+ years in OTR trucking dispatch, preferably flatbed.Strong people skills.Leadership experience managing teams"we'll check references.High D/I on DISC: assertive, outgoing, results-driven.Open to personal growth and our values (stewardship, communication, etc.).Will manage about 30 drivers.We Offer:Competitive salary with performance bonuses.Full health insurance paid by us, Paid vacation, 6 holidays, 401(k).If this fits, send resume to ryan@ or call View phone number on click.appcast.io
